2) the orange turd was reinstated with his hordes of qanon, proud toddlers, et alt riding his coattails

My theory is that it is possible to make real good money by owning Twitter. But it will be only through real evil shit. Through monetizing misinformation. Selling private data and spreading political propaganda algorithmically is a cash cow and people would pay a lot for it around the world.
This is what I thought Elon wanted to do. As a result I was/am terrified. To put my worry in perspective, I am more terrified of this possibility than a second trump term.

and I have been hard at work for the past week putting together a Mastodon instance so that we can create a backup disability and chronic illness community.

For now, we have set up a terms of service, privacy policy, rules and best practices.
I have plans to set up a Twitter space to go through each of these with the disability community directly to add/subtract/reword things.
The rate of change continues to accelerate, and many people continue to think that change will not happen.
Tomorrow is rapidly approaching.
Despite claims that lowering speed limits will harm the economy, evidence suggests journey times are hardly affected. And beyond reducing the road toll, there are health and climate benefits, too.

2) a menu will slide from the left
3) scroll up and click on Settings & Support
4) another menu will slide down
5) scroll and tap on Settings and Privacy
6) tap security and account access
7) tap security
8) activate additional password protection
9) return to settings
10) tap privacy and safety
11) tap Audience and tagging
12) activate Protect your Twitts
And that should lock your account.
