Hello, beautiful.
Enjoying some Earl Grey and Fedora 43 before Fedora 44 release day. I spent the whole weekend on Ubuntu 26.04 without a single issue.
Looking forward to Fedora 44, but testing the new ubuntu has been a fine, stable, experience. Been quite a few years since I daily drove ubuntu vs just testing a new build out.

When we set out to redesign the Thelio Major, the goal wasn't just to make it smaller. The goal was to make it better in every way that actually matters to the people using it.

13% smaller. 17.9°C cooler CPU temps. 7% faster sustained CPU speed. Quieter under load. Easier to open, upgrade, and maintain.

More power. Smaller package.

$300 off at launch — April 21–23 only.

In the process of hiring a 4th IT member, to add overhead early so we are not overwhelmed when a 4th is really needed. This entire week has been a 4-man operation done by 3. I guess that's how it goes when you're in final interview stages.
After 15 years in the field, I made it into management today. Small/medium business the entire time. I am now the helpdesk lead, as my boss put it, he's IT Ops Director, I am day to day manager now. I got the keys to the Amazon and Dell accounts today.
Happy National IT Professionals Day to my colleagues around the world!

Well, it's official! The very first #nixbook installer is now live and completely works!

Now you can download an iso, boot to it, and install Nixbook or Nixbook Lite, reboot and you're good forever!

For those who don't know, Nixbook is basically a super easy to use #linuxmint type clone built in #nixos with automatic updates and upgrades for non technical / technical users alike!
