I maintain that everyone in IT needs to know this •one• Yiddish word and use it often.
Farpotshket: Broken, because someone tried to fix it.
This has been several months in the making but we're finally starting our Gloomhaven adventure! First stream is this Sunday (1/29) @ 2PM EST!
Featuring @teaqueenros, @sylphrin, and Twitchy_Gerby!
We're here to have fun first and win second! Let's see how that works out for us?
It's been a wince since I coded for fun outside of Raspberry Pi stuff. Saw some videos about Godot and think it's a good way to get coding again, so I jumped in :D
I have some game idea notes I've jotted down, so I'm working on some simple prototypes testing some of those ideas and see what they look like outside of magical all-ideas-work-awesome dreamland in my head :D Seems like a good way to learn the dev environment and GDscript in smaller bursts too.
Just had the random thought. I wonder if a post including a link to my old, no longer available account will show up in feeds of people following it? That way, they'll see my new account here so they can follow it as well.
This is that post.
Started today off with a solid Nova Drift round, getting over 1M points for the first time! Stealthy no weapon build relying on damaging shields and burn damage to take down enemies, which I had a lot of fun with!
I meant to do more with my day today. I've never seen #MyHeroAcademia and wanted to check an episode or two and see what the hub-bub was all about. And now I've watched a dozen episodes and it's dark out and where'd the day go?
I understand now.
Some facts I want people to know about the #LunarNewYear !
1. I'm really glad to see more people/corporations using #LunarNewYear instead of just #ChineseNewYear. CNY should of course be used when referring to that particular event, but not every culture celebrating Lunar New Year this weekend are celebrating Chinese New Year.
2. In particular, we #Vietnamese people celebrate a holiday we call Tết, which is what we call our Lunar New Year.
