@SomeGadgetGuy It's too bad it didn't work for you. I came from Xfinity to Verizon and, after 1 year, I'm still with Verizon. I was in a similar situation as you wherein I was with a cable company and I don't have my cellular service with Verizon. For internet service with Verizon, I chose the $50 one because the only benefit with the more expensive plan was 3-year fixed plan price and Verizon storage. I'm getting 250 - 350 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. It took at least four months with Verizon before I got into a comfortable and stable spot. I called them several times and online chat but I'm now happy with where I am with the service.
