It’s official: There are now 3,000 protests planned for No Kings Day.

That means there will be more protests on March 28 than any previous day in American history.

⚖️ Gjovik v Apple update:

There is now a case schedule, June 2026 dual summary judgement hearing, & Oct 2026 jury trial date for my whistleblower & labor retaliation lawsuit against Apple; & I also got approval to file a motion for preliminary injunction asking the court to order Apple to put me back on payroll prior to the trial! There is light at the end of this very long, dark tunnel. 💫

I’m “My mind thinks it’s 28, my sense of humor 12 and my body asks if I’m sure I’m still alive” years old.

I'm hopefully getting my whistleblower retaliation lawsuit unstayed in a week or two, & Apple's apparently panicking.

A couple days ago, Apple's lawyers tried to add another 2 month+ delay to that lawsuit, via vague informal emails to court staff & without filing anything to the docket or judge.

& it almost worked!

They're a bunch of smooth criminals.

The dismissal is below. The case isn't being withdrawn -- they're still pursuing some of the illegal stuff Apple said and did to me, just nothing that would actually pay my bills and get me out of bankruptcy.
Apple's on a roll tonight.

The hearing for Apple's motion is today. The court did agree to record it because I said I need evidence of what Apple says, since they're asking to have me sanctioned due to me filing an NLRB charge against Apple, and that's illegal. The hearing isn't public; pray for me, y'all.

Hearing update: The Judge denied Apple's requests for sanctions. We are going to enter a protective order, but the Judge said Apple can't use it the way Apple wanted to use it. Overall, we made some progress.

My unemployment insurance was extended a few months but is now about to end next week, & I was finally going to be able to apply for Medicaid. Not sure if I'll get it. I've had no insurance at all most of this year, but the 1mo I did (the cheapest nondeductable, $600/mo) it denied 95% of every claim. Things are going great.

In my lawsuit, Apple still has not explained why it fired me, and their amended answer still did not provide facts to support their defenses.

At midnight on a long weekend, the Court denied my motion to strike & said I CAN'T argue its illegal to retaliate against someone reporting issues to the government.

My claims were investigated by the gov, found to have merit, and multiple enforcement actions were undertaken. The court completely ignored these facts and does not even address them.

I pointed out that my claims were investigated by gov, found to have merit, & enforcement actions were taken

The court completely ignored these facts and does not even address them & said I should cite unrelated cases

This is beyond frustrating. Things he said I didn't raise until my Reply were expressly raised in the Motion, or raised by Apple's Opp. This is the same thing he did when he claimed I "conceded" on things I expressly objected He also denied my request for a motion hearing again
