NLRB finally issued the dismissal order withdrawing their charges that Apple putting me on leave & firing me in 2021 violated the NLRA.

NLRB's dismissal justification is a total of 4 sentences; & fails to reference any actual evidence, legal theory, or reason NLRB changed their minds.

NLRB previously issued a complaint and sued Apple, saying they illegally fired & suspended me. Then Apple's own lawyer became General Counsel.

Prior complaint:

The dismissal is below. The case isn't being withdrawn -- they're still pursuing some of the illegal stuff Apple said and did to me, just nothing that would actually pay my bills and get me out of bankruptcy.
