Apple concealed for 5yrs that one of its official reasons for firing me was I complained my Hardware Eng boss tried to get me to have sex with his friend & Apple said I wanted to, so can't complain. Apple's now asking the court to deny my motion because I was a few hours late filing it since they wouldn't produce the witness who sent the email firing me for complaining about this until just a few days before my motion was due. I now also have a bill for $4,000 for that emergency transcript.

I filed a Motion for Summary Judgment against Apple in my retaliation lawsuit. Depositions revealed Apple's primary justification for firing me was that I complained of sexual misconduct by a supervisor & Apple's position is I'm a slut & a liar, & also the guy the supervisor tried to get me to date is dead now -- he's literally deceased & this is Apple's "legitimate" justification.

Re: Tim Cook stepping down; I worked with John Ternus (the new CEO) when I ran product launch failure analysis. I only remember positive interactions with Ternus. He seemed smart & fair.

Also, Overall, I think its long overdue to have an engineer running Apple rather than ops or marketing execs. Jobs was big on marketing, and Cook was big on ops and then later also "lobbying" and marketing.

Neither of them were engineers and it was apparent in how the company was run day to day for engineers
