This means that your body can’t keep your blood pressure steady and stable. This causes a variety of symptoms. Measuring my heart rate from lying down to standing up indeed shows a fast and rather irregular heart rate. Another symptom is blood pooling, which might cause the swelling in my leg, and I noticed it is something that is visible in my hands as well.
I don't wanna indirectly be rude to the geriatrics or old-adjacents on here but like I wish I could filter who I see by ppl who are closer to my age.
I'm in this weird spot in my life where like the ppl younger than me use the internet in spaces I would have been in when I was their age or younger but we have absolutely nothing in common and quite frankly I cannot be bothered be someone else's older friend at this time.
Just would be nice to have a space for young adults like me to be safe in.
