Science fun on this beautiful Friday in Albany! The Capital District Postdoc Association held their annual symposium at the University at Albany. NSCI was well represented by CDPA president Sol Toruella, presenters Runia Roy & Catherine Hamann, and new postdocs Jenica Acheta & Alexis Guevara!
Our #NEIfunded study led by Farhad Farjood, Nathan Boles & Jeffrey Stern reveals heterogeneity of retinal pigment epithelium cells in the human eye using #scRNA-seq & proteomics. We describe unique spatial patterns that suggest functional differences for RPE subpopulations in the eye.

We had a terrific time with the #NIIMBLeXperience students hosted by ACPHS and the Stack Family Center for Biopharmaceutical Education and Training (CBET) program! These students are the future of pharmacy, biomanufacturing, bioengineering, and cell science. We love to see it!
