I'm a complete novice but an idea formed when I painted some pottery with my niece and found a poor little dwarf mugo pine in the clearance dump at Lowe's. After a lot of soaking, combing and trimming I got the root ball down to a reasonable size and the dead limbs cut. Figured I'd give the poor thing a break before starting to train. #bonsai #bonsaiposting

Wanted to get my shop mini fridge off the ground and thought why would I spend $70 on an IKEA base cab when I could spend $150 and hours of my time building one myself?
