Sometimes it hurts, on a soul level, to keep seeing vivid examples of this:

Far too often, people with treatment-resistant depression report a medication kept it at bay for a while… but it "stopped working" or developed nasty side effects.

Both of which are consistent with
1) For years, the FDA hasn't exerted meaningful oversight that generics are always *ACTUALLY* "bioequivalent".
2) Insurance companies force patients to take them, becau$e rea$on$.
3) PBM's love "lowest bidders".

@madeingermany @howiecohen The marketing team spent a lot of money on signage branding the store's shelving lanes as "promenades" to try to make the store sound classier, but at night the stockers just snickered and called them the "Wordles".
