Sometimes it hurts, on a soul level, to keep seeing vivid examples of this:

Far too often, people with treatment-resistant depression report a medication kept it at bay for a while… but it "stopped working" or developed nasty side effects.

Both of which are consistent with
1) For years, the FDA hasn't exerted meaningful oversight that generics are always *ACTUALLY* "bioequivalent".
2) Insurance companies force patients to take them, becau$e rea$on$.
3) PBM's love "lowest bidders".
