Can anyone answer a #VLC clip question? I cannot seem to get VLC to clip a video at the desired time in a video. If I specify a start time of 01:02:43:999 , I get a solid 5 seconds earlier than If I select 01:02:44:000. Is this beyond what VLC can handle?

Need some help. Here is a pair of layouts for an SR latch. I want to be able to generate circuit diagrams algorithmically, but have no idea how to get from logic to layout. Made a wozmon clone for the x86 to try and learn some computing fundamentals. the code is relocatable, but the long jump in the first 5 bytes need to be updated before use. Only supports segment 0000:xxxx at present.
