"Vapor, Light and Liquid Blue" - #vector art, 2022. Will eventually be on posters and shirts and such whenever I get around to it. A #phish reference but also in a #posthuman #SciFi mode which is more what I was thinking as I made it.

#MyTopShelf (and a half) doesn't accurately reflect my day to day reading patterns due to the omission of nonfiction. But it is all stuff I love. I consider #comics to be an art form of equal merit to the novel (though the medium hasn't generated nearly as many masterpieces to date, it's capable of doing so) and intermixing them is a statement of that belief.
My first #Artist post here. This is a dual reference or mashup design, referencing both the Chat Noir fin de siècle cabaret poster (a historic landmark in the development of poster design as art) and the Stanley Mouse album cover for the Jerry #Garcia album Cats Under The Stars.
