ShantiniI feel like tech folks need to re-acquaint themselves with the concept of confirmation bias on a regular basis because a lot of you are just “yells at TV”-ing your way through new technologies. And it’s not like your armchair activism is actually motivating industry leaders to improve any of it. Instead you’re just melting into the La-Z-Boy while the remote lays forgotten on the floor, your screams muffled by the mountains of Cheeto dust that are overtaking you by the second.
I've been using the Snapdragon-powered Thinkpad X13s for a few days now in preparation of the Snapdragon X launch.
There are still plenty of apps that misbehave, but the system overall is now vastly improved, battery life is great (8-12+ hours of actual productivity so far) no fans, 5G, super light and the price dropped from 2000 EUR to ~800 here for a 16+512GB version.
That suddenly puts this in a whole different light and I really hope MS/Qualcomm finally fix the rest of the apps.

The Israeli army began to remove military equipment from the south of the country so as not to give it to the enemy. The video shows F16 fighters being transported on a tractor away from the collision sites. Everything that was not saved was captured en masse by the militants.
