@Blender Congrats! 🥳 I also have #Blender installed and used it for different things like 3d printing, modelling, graphic design and video editing. Even "professionally"... in the sense that I was paid for the result, not in the sense that I knew what I was doing. 😅 Actually I barely scratched "Hello World" level. This tool just makes me feel so stupid... well, in a good way! 😆

@Blender Saw it over the weekend - it is really inspiring and moving to see how receptive both adults and children are to great storytelling, direction and art. No dialogue needed to capture the attention of the children in the cinema - they were all glued to the screen. Congratulations on the achievement both to Blender and the Blender developers and to the Flow production team and those supporting the production.

I had no idea it was made with Blender.

@Blender congrats to the team! I’m really looking forward seeing this movie. Flow is one of the movies at our (already) traditional nature film festival Luontosukellus (”a dive into the nature”), which aims to gather funds to protect old growth forests in Finland by the non-profit foundation I’m running.
I have to admit that I have lost my Blender skills almost completely, but maybe the movie will ingite the spark again. 😀

@Blender I watched it in the cinema today, it was really worth it. Flow is an inspiring example of what you can do with a small team using open source software if you are motivated and passionate enough to push it through. Congratulations to Gints and his team for winning an Oscar, it's well deserved.
