Unfortunately, I have to stop shipping Mike York Projects merchandise to America. The decisions and developments under the Trump administration make this impossible for the foreseeable future.

Even though the signs were clear, I somehow still hoped that my artwork for the last album wouldn't turn out quite as drastically as the current developments in America clearly show. My thoughts are with my friends in the States and I send you strength to survive this dark time! 🖤

I've tried everything to quiet my amps. But when all three are running in parallel, it's still too loud. Now I've emulated all the amps with Boss IR-2 pedals and connected them to a mixer. Put on my headphones, boom!

Writing and recording for the next record. I've worked on 5/8 tracks planned for the next album so far.
These 5 heroines were the "Stars of the Week." The Preci for crisp bass lines. The Jazz Bass added for soft, deep bass. And my old humbucker bass, which is set to Drop C, will provide the necessary earthquake in the basement.
The Duesenberg Starplayer for post-punk spring reverb sounds with a slight woody note. The Fender Strat is perfect for recording.

"Star of the day" today was my completely reworked Mexico Fender. I reworked a track that Hugh S. Howl had brought along a few years ago, which I had trimmed in the direction of Christian Death and Shadow Project. And this is what it looks like in the dark, with so many effects interacting and building up a Bari Bari/shoegazer/death rock sound. Man, that was a really great day of recording!
