Easter Sunday and #TransDayOfVisibility on the same day?

This seems rather appropriate.

@mapachin it’s sooooo resource/land intensive. and tons of new people going that way are using too much fertilizer and not enough runoff mitigation, in other words wrecking water quality. i can’t even start on the doing it to avoid vaccinating food animals and the potential to start an outbreak that will ruin nearby farms that are following the best practices
@BlackAzizAnansi when most of my family came to the us they didn’t speak English, the men got jobs and started picking up some english but most of the women, who were used to being independent, didn’t know the language or have papers. my grandmother was a dual citizen who spoke five languages and while the men were working she would take the other women out and translate for them at the bank and the stores.
@nazgul @BlackAzizAnansi goat milk and meat is far superior to cow both health and climate wise
@JMMaok @bethsawin i second this response. I’m sure it will be used by many in an educational setting
@DevonEllington i don’t now because i have a yard. i’ve lived in a few cities where they are mostly rented by homeowners with yards while people in apartments sit on waiting lists. i was on a list for two years until we got the house. years ago in a different state i rented a plot for a few years while i was in an apartment. it was mostly good. when they are run by small non profits the politics of them can be bad. rent your space and don’t get too involved.
@Gustodon i accidentally voted and can’t undo it. Both are acts of colonization. I’m reminded of this which doesn’t mention religion, but i tend to think of religion as a tool of supremacy
@StillIRise1963 i see a lot of people saying prime, and that would be awesome. but a lot of us in rural areas rely on prime delivery for necessities. as long as prime video is free with prime delivery we are stuck. i’ll gladly dump just about any other service
