We are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week! The theme this year is Movement – how do you find time to move?

When life’s busy it can be tricky finding time but finding moments for movement might be easier than you think. It doesn't have to always be a big commitment. Why not use the time you spend waiting to move more? When you’re waiting for the kettle; for your kids to come out of school; or for a bus to arrive. These moments add up!

In 2023, we, were proud at MediPaCe to launch our Wellbeing policy and Hub. As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of our staff we also included a paid hour away from work for our staff to take care of themselves through movement, exercise, mindfulness, whatever they found helpful.
