Yes, this is exactly what you think it is.

This picture has been doing the rounds online today. It shows the corpses of dead #Russian soldiers, stacked on pallets and wrapped in cling film.

This is the #meatgrinder of the Russian military in action in #Ukraine.

It appears the Russians do not only lack rations, boots, ammunition and training, they now lack caskets as well.
