I want to migrate to a more musician centric instance. reading all the “official” guides leaves my head spinning. a while ago someone posted a step-by-step process that all fit into one toot. I’m trying to find that toot (or person) with no luck.

I see the liberals are trying to catch nazis in logical fallacies again as some way to triumph over them. Unfortunately, while it might feel good to go "ha! they can't even define what woke actually means!" the thing is that it doesn't matter to them

The right doesn't care if it lacks definitions or if it's hypocritical or even contradictory. "Woke" is just their dog whistle for "people we want to exterminate" that they can say without being perceived as "not being rude", something the liberal establishment seems to care more about than the underlying sentiment

Saying "you can't even define woke" is about as effective as saying "the president is not named Brandon". It doesn't matter. The important thing is that "let's go Brandon" gives them social cover that "fuck the president" doesn't

Stop asking nazis to define woke and start telling them that you know they want to commit genocide and you'll fight them

In our history textbooks, we learned that European settlers pushed westward, displacing Indigenous tribes until sadly they were no more. But this is wholly inaccurate.

The “Indians”—as Columbus infamously misnamed them—are still here in America. They number well over five million according to the 2020 census. And yet, as hard as it is to admit, a genocide of Indigenous people and cultures continues in this country even to this day, as Native children are removed from their families and tribes to live in primarily White, Christian homes.

Huh, just saw a segment in the news about a South African man who fights for less production in the western world and better improvement on things we have..

Inspiring!

Things like:

- private jets
- fast fashion
- SUVs

are kinda unnecessary while we shoudl improve on:

- durability
- sustainability
- overal product improvement

This makes so much sense, what's wrong with us
