I found my ultimate OS/2 Warp 3 machine ;).
Almost there. Unfortunately the Blade did get dropped during its life, Touchdown Point front lower Edge. Leading to bent metal and shattered Plastics. Looking carefully, you can spot the new (screws and) nuts.
Not looking as new now, but acceptable.
P.S.: I still am searching for the latest firmware files ...
In the mailbag today: a worthy OS/2 supported graphics card for my Dual-PII-Intellistation :).
Now I only need to find the 2nd CPU ... anyone ;)?
The Blade 2000 finally lives again :).

Question:
Sun Blade 2000 repair ATMEL234 24C64 DIP-8 - what to replace it with?
234 seems no longer to be available - I can find 916, 742 ...
Any advice? Thanks!
P.S.: the Blade does not fully go through without it - stops at - invalid FRU container header tag. WIth the (possible defective) ATMEL it right away stops there
Final challenge for the weekend ... trying to resurrect the good old Blade 2000. Sans CPU/RAM/HD right now.
