Just survived Day 3 of the #CancerResearch #Yoga challenge and OMG how does anyone find this relaxing?! SO MANY THINGS TO DO ALL AT THE SAME TIME 😫 Lift this, ground that, open the other, look over there - and, my favourite from today - "Breath into your right hip."

Ffs how?!

It's horrible and I hate it. Nothing bends where it's supposed to 🥺
