◾ The first DisCouRSE Focus Group on Team Culture and Leadership in dRTP contexts will be held on Monday, 19 January at King’s College London. The session will explore how leadership can influence a healthy team culture in a dRTP context, aiming to establish shared language, document effective practices aligned with community values, and inform future refinements to the DIRECT competencies framework and training activities.
