@plantarum I see, i've rarely had to check for more than one or two wrong indices, so it appeared in the top "unknown" barcodes without having to think too much about it I'll put it in my bashrc, might need it one day 😁
@plantarum hi, I'm curious about the context that requieres this, is there a specific reason to not demultiplex the samples ? For exemple, bcl2fastq provides a report of index counts when demultiplexed with a samplesheet
@rmflight I don't know your coding environment but any decent editor with an lsp can provide this functionality, for example in vscode I can jump to function definitons with alt+click, pretty seamless 😁
