The ACT Gov just made a pay offer so confusing (series of fixed sum payments and percentage increases) that they needed to release a calculator for employees to understand how their salary will change. Which gave the union the perfect opportunity to make a REAL wage calculator that demonstrates how far backwards your effective salary will be under the offer and projected inflation. Wanna accept this pay offer that means you’ll have effectively ~$15k less for the next 4 years?
