Before the cost of living crisis, my husband added individual Tado thermostats to all our radiators. It was a bit of an investment so we spread the cost over a couple of years. But I am so glad we did now. Each room has its own heating schedule and we only hear the rooms we use so we are definitely saving on unnecessary heating. And the rooms we want hot are actually getting hot, because the hot water isn’t travelling around the whole house first. #costoflivingcrisis #heating

I got into cycling because it was a good exercise for my knees following an ACL reconstruction 25 years ago. At first I became a spin instructor, and more recently I have got into cycling. I’m pretty rubbish, but it still really helps keeps my knees strong. When they start playing me up, and I know it’s time to get on my bike.
