Before the cost of living crisis, my husband added individual Tado thermostats to all our radiators. It was a bit of an investment so we spread the cost over a couple of years. But I am so glad we did now. Each room has its own heating schedule and we only hear the rooms we use so we are definitely saving on unnecessary heating. And the rooms we want hot are actually getting hot, because the hot water isn’t travelling around the whole house first. #costoflivingcrisis #heating

I have just started walking backwards for 10 minutes a day as it’s supposed to be good for your knees (I blame @boswijktim 😂). And I have never felt so utterly ridiculous. But it’s quite sociable as you get to talk to people as they catch you up and draw along side.
