After struggling in the nineteen nineties, by 2010 the UK NHS was rated best or close to the best in the world on outcomes, and yet it cost almost half as much as the US #healthcare system per person.

In 2022 the #NHS is a basket case, staff leaving in droves and it is about to collapse.
