Charlotte WalkerOverslept and running late. I just managed to squeeze in a 3k walk and be at my desk for 9.15am (I’m supposed to start at 9 but I don’t suppose I’ll be in trouble for 15 minutes!). I’m cross with myself because I switched my alarm off this morning and went back to sleep when I’d intended to do a cycling workout at 7am. I really, really struggle with mornings as my meds make me need a lot of sleep. When I do manage to get up early I love the feeling of not being in a rush. Anyway, onwards and upwards! I want to make significant progress on this paper today, I’ve been struggling with it but I need to crack on. Are you on time today?

The puppies met cats today, and it was so very polite and calm =) Mochi is perfect for things like this, he loves attention but is not too pushy unless "provoked" (asked to play).

I have been neglecting social media for a while, due to too much pain and too much real life, a combo that has taken its toll on me. The puppies are fun, the cats are cats and I'll post some photos soon =) I am alive though, despite all the silent treatment you've been getting.
