Looks like the "#ElonMusk shut off #Starlink in the middle of a #Ukraine attack" story was less sensational. It was just the already-known preexisting policy of not enabling it over #Russia-occupied territory. When Ukrainian UAVs drifted out of service range, they asked #Musk to change the policy and enable it, but he refused.
