Unsolicited FB Messenger threats I've received from people who see my name on their Chromecast or Nest screen without realizing it's because they have "Featured Photos" enabled.

I wonder if they send threats to everyone whose photos appear. That must keep them busy since the photos rotate every few minutes.

This Tokyo Metro train apparently has an "Anti Virus Coating".

I doubt it has any measurable effect on reducing COVID spread and may even give some riders a false sense of security, causing them to take greater risks in crowded spaces. The same is true for those A3-sized partition panels placed between guests at cafes.

My wife asked me to leave the sato imo (里芋) out in a bowl to dry. It reminded me of something I was reading to my daughter earlier in the day.
