Asking did not work. Voting did not work. Marching did not work. #Emissions keep going up. Our “leaders” have failed us. * We need a billion climate activists to stage a #ClimateRevolution. * Hoping to connect with like-minded folk everywhere who are ready for massive #NVDA. They can't arrest all of us! :-)

If not us, who? If not now, when?

Global Emissions Predicted to Hit New High in 2023, Scientists Warn

Global emissions of planet-heating carbon dioxide are expected to rise around one percent to reach a new all-time high in 2023, the climate scientist behind the preliminary research said Tuesday.

ScienceAlert

Some have seen reports, "number of fires is decreasing." As if that meant it wasn't getting worse.

The fires are BIGGER, more than TEN TIMES bigger, because the forest isnt damp and little fires go out, the forest is kindling and little fires grow and join up.

Because carbon fuels are injecting CO2 into the air, warming the forests, drying them out.

@Free_Press Everyone holding public office & still promoting climate-harming substances like fossil fuels is responsible for human mass-death!

Simple & cruel. And true.

The MSM is Failing and It's Up to Us - This is Not a Drill

As we all wait for Jack Smith to (maybe? probably? perhaps?) bring Donald Trump to justice, and feast on scraps of gossip from former press secretaries about seeing the former president commit felonies in front of her incredulous (one presumes) eyes,...

Daily Kos
Exactly this.
@KiraOnClimate Yes. And I don't think we're going to see any serious action to cut emissions until climate change-caused disasters and other problems are happening regularly in the developed world. When very large numbers of people are losing their homes to the sea or to floods or wildfires, and many others can't sell or insure their houses because they're at such high risk of the same, then governments will finally act - and of course it will be harsher measures than if they'd acted sooner.

These screen shots were taken seconds apart. One shows I have followers in triple digits. (This displayed first after I hit the home button.) The other shows that I have only 40 followers, and follow 40 accounts. (The numbers went down within seconds.)

Huh? Anyone else see something like this? And do you know what is up? Thanks! 😊 🙏

"Oh we did, many times, many ways. But we have made progress. No one is laughing anymore."
