Hi Jeff. I joined Twitter a number of years ago specifically as an additional way to learn from a variety of Indigenous voices (I’m a white 3rd generation Canadian settler/descendant of immigrants on Robinson-Superior Treaty territory). Currently have accounts on both Twitter and Mastodon. Mastodon definitely feels… different. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this - I’ll be following.

We had Sunday dinner at my Italian in-laws. Fettuccini with tomato sauce, meatballs and ribs (I skipped the ribs), sautéed peppers and mushrooms, olives (roasted black olives with oil and pepper flakes, as well as kalamatas) spinach and apple salad, after-dinner fruit (strawberries, pineapple, grapes), choice of panettone or ice cream for desert, and espresso. Then I got to spend time hanging out with my nieces and daughter. Feeling very lucky!
