Bucket List: Venice Carnival
As much as I love Italy and all things Italian, I've never had much interest in Venice. EXCEPT... I would absolutely love to go and photograph these folks during the Venice Carnival!
Today, I talked to Brian
Brian is homeless. He sits outside a store, cup in hand, surrounded by everything he owns - not much. People walk by, ignoring him, intentionally or unintentionally. A guy who just can’t find a home or a job. I had some Tim Horton cards I’m never going to use.
I walked over, said hi, chatted briefly, gave him the cards. No idea how much value they had but it’s enough for at least a decent meal.
I wish I could do more.
