Quick #bikepota at local 2299. Shaking out the gear in preparation for RAGBRAI (https://ragbrai.com/). Biggest note: turns out I have reached the age that a stool or picnic table access is quite important. Ouch my knees/back.

Quick POTA activation on the hambike. Notes: (1) bike needs some tweaking (squeeky swinging dropouts), (2) need to figure out a better mast deployment strategy (3) need better organization for antenna bits. Overall it went well though - a quick 14 miles, a couple of hills, 28 qsos on 20m.

On the bike - a Specialized AWOL. Purchased back in ~2015 because I was getting into touring. Somehow the time to tour never really appeared. It also has a 2m flowerpot dipole mounted above the rear rack, with RG-58 running up to a Yaesu VX-6R mounted to the handlebars. Heavy, but surprisingly rideable.
