@K0GDB Sounds a bit like RTTY. Is there something similar 850Hz up or down from there?

@g0syp Up in the same region now, it seems to match the footprint of RTTY-75W in fldigi, but the decode looks like nonsense. Not sure if it's a non-standard baud rate, my audio settings, or maybe just encrypted since it's outside the (US at least) band.
