On this trip to #Tucson, we visited the fabulous Barrio Bread, a bakery and #bread Mecca, where the owner kindly tastes home bakers’ bread, answers their questions, and gives them advice. The bread was so, so delicious and crusty. You should go there. The mister, an amateur bread nerd, also bought a packaged bag of #flour.

Fast forward to our departure this morning, and the #TUC #TSA agents noted that bag of flour deep in his suitcase and pulled it out for extra swabbing and processing.

The writers who created the Connor Roy character in #Succession must just watch the #RFK Jr. campaign unfold in utter disbelief.
The mister and I were just trying to guess how many times #StevieWonder has performed “Higher Ground.” Our best estimate is 10,000. #dnc #dnc2024
Look at me, pretending I understand the rules of handball! #olympics
I did _not_ correctly predict the killer in Presumed Innocent.
Hooray! I got our client and then the City to agree to a shade of blue for the exterior of our building that is definitely blue but also contains a healthy amount of *purple.*

As a type O and very regular blood donor, this is the first time that Bloodworks has ever texted me with follow-up info like this: apparently, the pint of blood I donated last month went to someone receiving cancer treatment at Providence Portland Medical Center.

#DonateBlood, y’all.

Saw a bumper sticker on a #KiaSorrento stating “Never Cross Picket Lines.”

Let’s be clear: Kia manufactures the Sorrento in West Point, Georgia and employs _zero_ #UAW workers at that factory.

I wish Seattle was more consistent in its progressive politics.
