Happy New Year, everyone! May 2023 bring us all happiness, health, and joy.

I am doing #DryJanuary and have an exercise routine planned to help support my return to #TKD. (Three years off is a LONG time! Whew. My stances and kicks all need work, and my forms have inches of dust on them.)

I am so glad I have returned to TKD. Working with my TKD fam is awesome. Rah!!!

@Tbrzl Lol - it seems the the author originally published one chaoter at a time, so he didn’t want readers to wonder if John would make it, thus the title. Which may or may not be accurate. I just bought the book, so I will keep you posted.
