@annecavicchi coffee is basically a prescribed medication for me. I have really bad adhd. Caffeine works as an assistant to level out the actual medication. I track my coffee intake and report to the doctor. Plus it’s yummy lol.

@recursive the one thing I like about the concept is looking at a person on your screen is impossible to make eye contact. Either you actually look at them, but not the camera, so it makes it look like you’re looking down. Or you can “make eye contact” by looking at the camera but you can’t actually see them. My 2c 🤷🏻

@melsaywhat COVID was interesting. I’m lucky to have two awesome daughters and an amazing partner. But otherwise I lost contact with basically all my friends. I don’t socialize much (bit of an introvert) and Covid just exacerbated it. So now my socialization is at home with my family and the one other person I work with lol. But, I’m actually okay with it. Sometimes I get lonely, but then I play a video game or read a book and then I’m good 😆

@zak8022 @melsaywhat I think it’s relatively new here. I had an older house that defiantly didn’t have an always on fan. New houses do. So I’m assuming the code was updated for new builds. But I’ve never had a place that didn’t have a fan at all… aside from the issue of smells… the potential for mould is very high.
