My new cochlear implant device is amazing. I'm loving it. I think everything sounds better and the ability to connect through Bluetooth to tv, phone and computer s amazing. Currently watching Nope directed by Jordan Peele.
Started reading Eugene V. Debs: Citizen and Socialist by Nick Salvatore. This line at the beginning of the first chapter got me thinking: "As Debs had earlier written his brother, Theodore: "We can at least thank God that profit pirates can't reach our consciousness and despoil us of our sweet and priceless memories" (Salvatore 4)
I'm probably overthinking it but Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram? Are we at that point?
Excited to get my new cochlear implant device programmed tomorrow so I can finally use it. My old device was on its last leg. The new device is pretty advanced and the ability to connect to the computer, tv, and my phone through blue tooth is gonna be amazing.
