Worked a bit on generalizing timer stuff. Can hook it up to arbitrary doors/switches to make lil timed sections.
Revisiting level transitions that can load over to other levels to have these one-off type of challenge sections.
One might say "Hey shouldn't you be doing one of the hundred+ things that get closer to releasing a game?" Ya OR I could just block out more boxes to hop around on.
Blocking out a lil bit of platforming to test out the uses of kick ups
I originally just wanted a move that could quickly stop slides but now there's this kick up you can do for extra height too.
Clearly the fastest way to get around is to use the dumpsters. Who knows what's goin on in those things
The blockouts so far are mostly technical/flowy platforming segments but I wanna reserve the tougher stuff for challenges rooms or whatever. Then have the typical gameplay be a denser version of this kinda exploration
At least these saturday blockouts are low friction enough that i'm not procrastinating on 'em like the rest of this game😅
