If the dnc shifts right after every election, win or lose are they the lesser of two evils or just behind the curve?

@dbattistella it's silly that there's a branch of government which can nullify the other two, its members aren't elected, and has no term limits on membership.
Also seems ridiculous to be interpreting and reinterpreting a 250 year old document written by slave owners as a sacred text on which all our laws are based.

Seems like they should just do an outright ban as people are just leaving their ridiculously expensive homes empty. Maybe a law against real estate hoarding.

I want to see some strong anti nepotism reform in all branches. I think there's used to be more self regulation at least for the sake of appearances to avoid conflicts of interest and accusations of nepotism now both are pretty much a given.
