Caught in the act of doing... something!
Today's constitutional
About 80% of #aphasia cases are the result of a stroke. Patients might have trouble speaking, understanding, writing, or reading. Natascha Roos explains how research might help these patients to improve their communication abilities. Read the article: https://www.mpi-talkling.mpi.nl/?p=2043&lang=en

@SLT_Kimu76 @lakens the learning curve for R is steep, but SO worth it IMO. Appreciate the lack of teaching time, but maybe consider 1 session at the end of the course introducing R programming. If any of your students want to go on to do research, it will really benefit them. Also, please consider an introduction to linear mixed effects models. For our work, they are much better than ANOVA (again, IMO!).
Who needs a scarf on a frosty #Caturday morning?
Bit Narnia - ish this morning!

Hi #SLP_SLT people! It's 59 days since I began posting from this Mastodon handle and I'm missing the #SLP / #SLT camaraderie and pace of the birdsite. Maybe things would rev up somewhat if colleagues

YOU'D THEN SEE ALL POSTS MENTIONING THE ABOVE HANDLES.

Sleepy #caturday again!
