I'm reading Michael West's Compassionate Leadership which is effectively *the* book leadership-type people are supposed to read. Every trust for reasons seems to have separate value statements their employees rarely know.

I know people work hard on writing trust values but they're often too disparate, vague and unfocused to be useful. I feel that this paragraph and these four words are better than any trust value statement I've seen.
