As an experiment, I've been posting nifty photos on both Twitter and Mastodon at the exact same time. Despite having 8% the followers, I'm consistently seeing over twice the engagement on the Mastodon.
So... just to be clear... we're sticking with "Toot"?

I'm supposed to NOT feel like you're all setting me up?
Go out in public with an old flip phone, ask someone what year it is and run away yelling β€œWe’ve gone to far!” into the phone.

I appreciate the fear of a society where people’s movements are tracked. I’ve read science fiction stories where they have small devices that people carry around that constantly track their location. Terrifying.
