@micahflee I live in Germany but my guess is that shipping to Europe is the same across al EU countries.
I will try at my local bookstore. If I can help them to survive that would be a win-win.

However, $23.95 for international shipping vs free shipping doesn't make it easy.

Flatpak will no longer be available "out-of-the-box" on any Ubuntu flavor. They think this will improve the "Ubuntu Experience".

My guess is that snaps on desktops will follow MIR and Unity at some point and that this decision will hurt Ubuntu desktop distributions.

Flatpak already won on desktop Linux, no need for this stupid move.

For some reason, this reminds me to… YouTube’s decision to remove the dislike button. All for “greater user experience”, peace, and harmony. A simple voting system regarding this decision would have been amazing to see. Since this rather seems a Canonical way or highway.

It takes roughly 22 kg of fuel to get a 1 kg of payload on a zero mass rocket to Low Earth Orbit.
That is around 5.7 tons of fuels per Satellite. Or 18,645 tons of fuel for 3,236 satellites.
You will have to drive a Tesla for a while to safe that amount of fuel...

@mimikama Das einzige, das ich nicht verstehe ist warum die SMS 2FA nicht komplett abgeschafft wurde. Das hätte man locker damit begründen können, das diese Methode nicht als sicher gilt und man hätte sich den ganzen Aufschrei gespart.
