I love this. I'll read it all when I have time. I really think that if we care about privacy, we should stop the demonization of the Tor network as the scary "dark web" and as well as other networks like #I2P and start promoting them as legitimate alternatives to the vanilla web.
I'll give you a couple more confessions:
1. I'm kinda enjoying DevOps.
2. I didn't renew my #IntelTechniques course subscription. Nothing against the great work that Michael and Jason have done. I don't know if spending that kind of money is going to help me at this time because I no longer know if #OSINT is right for me. Though the skills and tools that I learned will always help me greatly.
The Safest Move Is To Take More Risks Conventional wisdom says that you should minimize risk. But counterintuitively, the safest long-term strategy is taking more calculated risks. First, let's distinguish between pure and speculative risk. Pure risks are unnecessary gambles…
Yesterday I was watching old episodes of the Computer Chronicles and those early episodes had a lot more levity during the roundtable discussions and it was a lot more business focused compared to the later seasons that were almost completely focused to personal computing. My guess is that sometime during the late 80’s the found of that viewers didn't really care some much about what was happening in the board rooms and labs of the high-tech industry and cared more about what they could actually buy and use on their own.
