Fit to Print is an amazing game. The family loved it. Amazing art, and terrific real-time tile laying experience. Game of the year candidate for sure.
A great benefit to working in the same building as my spouse is lunch break gaming.
Today is the first day of my new job. After 13 years of teaching high school English, I have finally left the classroom. If anyone has a false impression that education has returned back to normal since 2020, they should see how many vacancies exist at their local school district.
My teenager played The British Way with me yesterday (per their request) and they enjoyed it. Never underestimate the power of making war games more accessible.
Love playing Ahoy! with my kids. It’s fast and fun.
People Power by GMT games is a fantastic addition to the series. I played through the extended scenario and was pleasantly surprised how fresh it felt.

I've been blogging about my gaming experiences lately. I had a terrible incident at work last month and decided to resurrect my blog as a way to help give me a creative outlet away from my job. My latest blog post is about Resist!, my favorite game of the year. I hope you give it a read and enjoy it.

On My Table – Resist!

We are going to play Viticulture all day because we take our 10x10 challenge too seriously. Has anyone played Viticulture World? We’ve been interested in it as a two-player experience; however, co-ops have a expectation vs reality problem in our house. Expectation = Romantic Pottery scene in Ghost. Reality= Fold-in-the-cheese scene from Schitt’s Creek. #boardgames
