Was will das Auditunternehmen für den Fall regeln, dass seine Auditoren fahrlässig oder wegen Bestechung falsch auditieren:
a) Es schließt jegliche Haftung und andere Konsequenzen aus.
b) Es will den Menschen ihren Schaden zumindest teilweise ersetzen (der höhe Nach oder nur bei grober Fahrlässigkeit).
c) Es ist immerhin bereit, auf eigene Kosten Followup-Audits durchzuführen.

Wer keine Verantwortung für Fehler trägt, will nicht gründlich arbeiten.
